This is a notice of OMB Circular A-76 Performance of Commercial Activities for for Base Operations Support at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Services include management and operation of the following areas: (1)PUBLIC WORKS -- maintenance, repair, refurbishment and minor construction for all buildings, structures, utilities, roads, railroads and grounds; (2)INFORMATION MANAGEMENT -- secure communications, audio and visual information services and products, telecommunications support services, report batch processing and report distribution services, computer network management, software support, help desk support, equipment management, reproduction services, records and Pine Bluff Arsenal forms and publications management, mail services, building and computer system security, and information systems budget and purchasing services; (3)LOGISTICS -- support services to the PBA and supported organizations and support both the CAIRA and the Installation Spill and Contingency Plan. If costcomparison results in contracting out the services, the Government anticipates awarding a contract utilizing firm fixed price, time materials, and cost type provisions. Contract will be awarded on an ALL or NONE Basis for a base year and four one-year options.
