Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform Infra-red inspection, cleaning, lubrication, inspection, preventive maintenance, calibrating, adjusting or testing, and assessment and repair of all equipment of eight (8) 69kv/12.47kv Electrical Substations located at Ft. Campbell, KY. Included in the work is that all materials or equipment used for repair, is to conform to the standard of the Underwriters Laboratories Incorporated. Network construction or testing, or both, shall be in accordance with the standards of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), or the National Electrical Manufacturing Association (NEMA). Additionally, the contractor shall submit a certificate from a recognized testing agency(s) equipped and competent to perform such services, include with submission the methods of testing of the specified agency(s). Also, if any design analysis, calculations or drawings/schematics are required for minor construction, unscheduled repairs or tests, a registered professional engineer with demonstrated experience in electrical substations for the last three years shall make them. The period of performance will be 12 months; a base with two one-year options is contemplated. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 7629 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5 million.
