The work consists of constructing a 2 bay washrack for an existing Entomology Facility. The new building will stand alone, metal, pre-engineered slab-on-grade structure; approximate dimensions 40 x 45 feet with an 14 foot eave height. Equipment includes low pressure hoses and a small closed loop water treatment system consisting of filters, organic clays, and activated carbon units. Site work, electrical and HVAC work included. The period of performance for this contract will be 180 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal-Price Performance Trade-Off(PPT). When the solicitation package is downloaded, it should be read completely, as there are milestones that must be met in order to be responsive.
