The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as indicated in the specifications and shown on Drawing #99-0049, Project #FEE00054-8J, titled: HVAC AT MTD 61809 (O'NEIL HALL) FT. HUACHUCA, ARIZON1.3. SCOPE:(1) Air Handler Rooms: Remove inlet vanes, install variable frequency drives. Remove existing air flow stations, install new air flow stations in correct places. (2) Variable Air Volume (VAV) Boxes: Replace 5 VAV boxes, associated ductwork and diffusers. (3) Zoning: Install 2 new 5-ton Computer Room Air Conditioning units, with 2-way modulation valves. (4) Chill Water System: Install circuit setters on each chill water loop. (5) Testing and Balancing: Complete test and Balance. (6) Controls: Install Government provided Air Handling Unit (AHU) Controllers. Run communication lines between existing VAV controllers, government provided AHU controllers, and Government provided Net Work Control Modules.
