The Contractor shall prepare and present a two-two week hands on workshops on "Historic Plaster Conservation" beginning August 28, 2000 and ending September 22, 2000, for approximately 12 National Park Service (six for each session) at the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. At least one full day of the workshop will be classroom instruction to familiarize each participant with the materials and techniques involved in plaster conservation. The remainder of the workshop will be hands on instruction. The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
