The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting for the Lake Sherwood Bathhouse Showers on the Marlinton/White Sulphur Ranger District, Lake Sherwood Recreation Area, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The project includes the removal of the existing showers, rearranging the existing changing stalls, furnishing and installing two (2) water heaters, mixing valves, four (4) shower stalls, plumbing for tempered water, LP gas line from the Government Furnished tank to and into the building, and an exterior foot wash fountain. The project time is 70 calendar days with the NTP to be issued as soon as practical after award. The Contract Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
