The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment,
transportation, permits, mobilization and demobilization for the
construction of the Aids-to-Navigation Building, USCG Integrated
Support Command (ISC) Honolulu, Hawaii. The work includes but is not
limited to the construction of an approximately 2,600 GSF, single-story
building, along with associated utilities and site improvements. The
building includes concrete foundation and slab-on-grade floor systems,
concrete masonry walls, steel truss roof framing, and aluminum
standing seam roofing. -- SIC Code 1542. -- PRIME Contractors will be
required to perform 20 percent of the work with its own workforce. --
The Estimated Cost Range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. -- Period of
Performance is 280 calendar days from date of contract award. -- Plans
and specifications will be available 17 July 2000, and must be ordered
