The contractor shall furnish their proposal of effort to provide all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to perform all required work to construct two traffic signals and lighting at the intersection of Randall Avenue and Rogers Road. The scope of work includes but is not limited to selective demoliton, site excavation, backfill, grading, pavement repair, signal installation, and electrical work. All work shall be performed in accordance to Laramie County applicable state and federal permits(with exception of permit to construct), will be provided by the contractor. Perfromance period for resultant construction contract awarded as a reslult of this solicitation will be 60 days. Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Issue date for this soliciation is anticipated to be on or about 17 July 00. with a closing date of 30 calendar days after opening. This solicitation is a Reuest for Proposal -- Perfromance Price-Trade off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated.
