Replace existing interior doors and frames with new. Replace existing closet doors and frames with new. Replace vinyl flooring with new. Steam clean concrete patios. Sand and refinish kitchen cabinets. Allow a 20% replacement allowance for cabinet hardware (match existing). Clean exterior masonry walls. Install vinyl siding on carport ceilings and posts. Reapirs, patching, and refinishing, due to above work being performed, as shown on the drawings. (24 units) Basis of award: competitive Best Value, considering Past Performance and Price equally and IAW Sections L and M of the Solicitation. The proposed asquisition will be issued unrestricted. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All solicitation documents (i.e., IFB/RFP, drawings, specifications, etc.) will only be available in electronic format requiring installation of the free SVReader software.
