This project includes trenching; paving & surfacing; site water lines; manholes; sanitary sewerage system; seeding, and cast-in-place concrete work. This will be an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract with a base period of one year plus two (2) option year periods that may be exercised by the Government. Total magnitude for the project is between $600,000 and $730,000 when the base and option years are combined. A 20% bid bond is required. The SIC code is 1623 and the size standard is $17 million.
