Project Area two is located at Frank Charles Park, Jamaica Bay Unit, Queens, NY. This work shall consist of the renovation of existing baseball fields. The renovation includes but is not limited to: excavation; grading; clay installation; seed and topdress diamonds; repair water boxes; repair fencing and backstops; replace water fountain; remove and plant trees; and install benches and bikeracks.
