Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material and perform all operations necessary for the maintenance of paved areas at Langley AFB VA and Bethel Manor Housing Area as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year plus two (2) option years. The work may include, but is not limited to, excavation, surface preparation, placing base course, asphalt concrete and overlays, sealing of pavement, repair of existing concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters. Work may also include repair of airfield pavement slabs, joints and spalls, repair of airfield box drains, removal of paint from airfield and base pavements, and painting of stripes on airfield and base pavements. In addition, new concrete sidewalks, new concrete curbs and gutters, resetting manholes and catch basins as required, and pothole repairs may be required. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with contract documents and most recent Federal, State and local regulations. Project number is MUHJ 00-1500. Magnitudeof this project is over $10 Million. SIC is 1611. The size standard is $17 Million. This solicitation will be for a base period of one year and two one-year option periods. This acquisition is unrestricted. The bid issue and bid opening dates are tentative. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only through the EPS. Web address for EPS is www.eps.gov.
