Contractor shall completely prepare site and furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary and perform all work to replace/repair roofs including shingled and EPDM sheet roofing on six (6) buildings at VA Medical Center, Bath, New York in accordance with specifications and Drawing No. VAMC-514-1623. Work involves a variety of different situations from complete tear off to overlay involving flat and sloped roofs. EPDM and 40 year fiberglass architectural shingles are to be installed. Flashings, drip edges and gravel stops will be repaired/replaced as detailed and required to match existing adjacent at each area. Contemplated issue date is July 12, 2000 with an approximate opening date of August 9, 2000. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. A refundable bid deposit of $100.00 made payable to the VA Medical Center is required for each set of plans and specifications.
