Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 -- $500,000. Time for completion: 225 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves the renovation of the existing Magistrate Courtroom and Judge's chambers located on the third floor of the building. This renovation project will provide a high level of new finishes, lighting, raceways for court automation, and built-in platforms with these spaces. Some installation of Government furnished furniture. A significant structural modification is also required, in that a column is required to be removed from the courtroom. This project also includes Options which will be in addition to the base bid. Option 1: rework existing lecturn, Option 2: fournew doors in corridor, Option 3: replace wood trim and interior door in chambers, Option 4: new drapes for chambers, Option 5 and 6: delete from project, Option 7: replace acoustical ceiling tile and light fixtures in the Clerk's office.
