The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-97-G-0015, or a subsequently negotiated BOA, with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Federal Systems Owego Company (LMFS), Owego, NY to procure two H-60 Common Cockpit Part Task Trainers (PTT's). Each PTT is comprised of an instrument and menu display structure to allow for physical skills and situational awareness training on the H-60 Common Cockpit. Options will be included for Warning Caution Advisory and emergency procedures; fly-to points, waypoints, and flight planning capability; virtual Applications Prototyping Systems generated flight displays; and additional keysets and bezels. LMFS is the sole developer of the H-60 Common Cockpit, including systems software and the manufacture and integration of systems hardware, and alone possesses the technical data required for this effort.
