Center San Diego is soliciting proposals for services to provide
monthly maintenance for Vadose Zone Tank Monitoring Systems at the FISC
Fuel Depot in Point Loma, CA, including management, labor, equipment,
supplies, and materials to perform quarterly calibrations and annual
certifications. Specifications and a statement of work will be provided
with the solicitation document, which will be released on or about July
18, 2000. The proposed contract will be firm-fixed price. The
Government intends to award a single contract, but reserves the right
to award multiple contracts when it is determined most advantageous.
Multiple awards are identified in FAR 16.504(c). The Standard
Industrialization Code is 7629. This is a new requirement and is not
considered a follow-on. Copies of the solicitation will only be
available electronically on the FISC Web page

(NECO) World Wide Web site (http://www.neco.navy.mil). It is the
responsibility of the interested party to independently review the
referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents.
Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy
