The government intends to purchase on a Sole Source basis the following items manufactured by JCC Corporation: (1.)JCC XFACE-C, 8MB Displays, spares with keyboard and mouse, JCC part number 131AC3-08 (2-EACH). (2.)JCC XFACE-C Displays, 8MB, spares without keyboard and mouse JCC part number 131AC3-08 (2-EACH). These items are for the AEGIS Land-based test sites. The X-FACE-C monitor utilizes an X-windows operating system in a small footprint flat panel enclosure. JCC'S product was selected by Lockheed-Martin, the AEGIS prime system developer, for incorporation into AEGIS Baseline 6P1 as part of the tactical equipment configuration. These displays were ruggedized, electromagnetically protected and qualified for shipboard use, however their functionality was unchanged. This equipment is required to work with programs and applications written specifically by Lockheed-Martin under contract to the navy. The displays are form, fit and function replacement and spares for displays that were bought for the initial installation of the AEGIS baseline at the land sites. Award to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on all or none basis. All responsible sources may submit their quote, which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va. 22448. The contractor shall provide in writing information stating they are a valid authorized distributor of JCC Corporation. The contractor shall provide Cage Code, Dun and Bradstreet number, Tax Identification number and the published price list with their fax quote to fax 540-653-7016, code SD18. The government shall not issue a written quote as all items are called out in this CBD notice. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. All items shall be shipped FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va. 22448. Closing date is 18 July 2000. Anticipated Award date is 19 July 2000.
