Detailed specifications and delivery requirements will be specified in the solicitation. The resulting contract will be from 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 with provisions for four one-year option periods. This requisition is unrestricted and is subject to a 10% Hubzone consideration. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 2835 and FSC Code Q527 takes precedence for the subject requirement in accordance with the simplified, commercial item procedures of FAR Part 13.5.
