is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in
accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes
the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. B. This solicitation
(DAHA30-00-Q-0001) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) C. The
solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. FAR clauses and
provisions are available via internet address: http.arnet.gov/far/. D.
The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3448. E. Contract line
items equal two (2), total quantity of 3 units. F. Provide one (1)
40'x20'x8' munitions storage steel magazine Type 2, class ABC, duplex
magazine for munitions inspection, containing lightning protection, one
(1) set of double doors and one (1) single door located on long side;
2" styrofoam insulation throughout; and explosion proof heating/cooling
unit, NEC class I, group D, division 2, with heavy duty enclosure;
eight (8) -- 200 watt explosion proof lights, class I, group CD, class
II, group EFG with 100 amp disconnect and explosion proof switch, to
be manufactured in accordance with NSWC specification 3046-93-1, or
exceed the specification. G. Provide two (2) 50'x20'x8' munitions
storage steel magazines Type 2, class ABC, duplex magazine for
munitions storage, containing lightning protection, one (1) set of
double doors and one (1) single door located on long end of the unit,
to be manufactured in accordance with NSWC specification 3046-93-1, or
exceed the specification. H. Delivery date no later than 30 September
2000. Delivery to 106 RQW, Francis S. Gabreski Airport (ANG), 150
Riverhead Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Acceptance:
Destination. FOB: Destination. This is a firm-fixed proce contract. I.

responsible sources shall submit a Quotation, with literature, which
will be considered by the New York Air National Guard to: United States

Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110-2224. K. RFQ's are due 24 July
2000. L. Anticipated award date is 1 August 2000. M. All RFQ's shall be
accompanied by descriptive literature and warranty information that
meets the specifications of equipment being quoted. No consideration
will be given to quotes lacking this and any other information set
forth in the solicitation. N. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies
to this acquisition. O. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial
Items, applies and offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable
price, technical specifications, adherence to applicable clauses,
provisions, warranty, and delivery schedule. P. FAR 52.212-4, Contract
Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies. Q. FAR 52.212-5,
Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or
