Furnish Mobile Food Services to provide tasty well balanced hot and special meals, sack lunches, hot and cold can meals, supplemental items, and fresh food boxes during wildfire emergencies at various field locations throughout the state of Alaska for use by Government Agencies and cooperators. The service shall include all phases of food preparation and serving normally associated with the trade. Service shall include complete management, equipment, control, purchase, receipt, storage, issue, handling, processing, packaging, preparation, and food serving. Multiple awards are anticipated. No guaranteed quantities are provided. The anticipated contract duration is one year from the date of award with provisions for one, one-year contract extension options.
