Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA, with an FOB destination. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), AFRL/PRSM has a requirement for a one-time service contract to provide non-personal services to furnish all labor, tools, materials and facilities needed to synthesize and manufacture functionalized oligometric silsesquio xanes. The starting completely condensed silsesquioxanes or chlorosilanes (Cy8T8, [TMSO]8Q8, and [i-Pr)SiCl3, Cy6T6, Et7T8([CH2CH2OH] will be supplied by AFRL/PRSM. More specifications will be provided upon request. Edwards AFB intends to award this contract action to University of California, Irvine unless other offerors can provide exact service/requirement with better terms and conditions.
