NOTE: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration database. This procurement is for educational, training, evaluation and development technical support services in support of simulation expansion and training program development and synthesis, technology insertion initiatives and technology transfer to achieve web based training. This contract will be used to support on-going programs, therefore two (2) one-year options are requested in addition to the base year contract. Total hours to be tasked for base and option years are 55,700 per year. Delivery schedule is determined in each individual delivery order. Award shall be based on "best value". Evaluation Factors are (1) Offeror Acceptability, (2) Offeror Capability and (3) Price. Past Performance shall be evaluated. Oral Presentation maybe required. This procurement is anticipated to be a CPFF, IDIQ, Completion type contract. This procurement will be full and open with an evaluation preference for Hubzone SB 10%.
