The Navy has a requirement for In Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support services for Naval Communications systems and associated Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Sensors and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems aboard or supporting U.S. Navy vessels. The Navy intends to solicit and award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The type of contract will be a cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangement for a base period of one year, and to include four one-year options. The estimated level of effort for the entire five (5) year period of performance is approximately 447,470 hours. The applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) and size standard is 8711, $20M.
