Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and
labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in
accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists
of but is not limited to: Construct a new concrete masonry facility
with an administrative area consisting of two offices, bath with
shower, mechanical room, tack room, kitchenette and treatment room. The
kennel will have separate areas for ten dogs. The facility shall
provide supply air ducting and air handlers, associated controls, heat,
water, sewer, fire sprinkler system, and electrical services as shown
on the drawings. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00.
Performance period is 240 calendar days. Solicitation will be available
on or about 20 JUL 00 with a Closing Date of 21 AUG 00. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
The solicitation will be available through the Electronic Posting
System (EPS). To be placed on the Bidder's Mailing list, submit a

size of business. This project is open to both large and small
businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness
