(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. (iii) This is a full and open competition under SIC 1799 (iv) CLIN 0001: Nonpersonal services, 1 Lot. (v) Description: Contractor shall provide all material, labor, and supplies to resurface the floor at Hangar 3, located at Fort Huachuca, AZ 85613. Specifications: (1) Shot blast the entire area, approximately 19,502 square feet, that will receive new coating to remove existing coating. (2) Scrape floor and re-shot blast floor to profile concrete. (3) Patch cracks 1/16" wide or wider and holes " in diameter or larger. (4) Apply a flat squeegee coat of Tennant Eco-MPE 100% solids epoxy. Color to be light gray (2 MILS). (5) Apply a flat squeegee coat of Tennant Eco-MPE 100% solids epoxy. Color to be light gray (13 MILS). (6) Screen floor. (7) Scrub floor (8) Apply a topcoat of Tennant Eco-HPS (High Performance System) color, light Gray (3.2 MILS). (9) Install a 3" fire lane striping. (10) Install basketball and volleyball court lines. (11) Install two (2) 5x5 squdron logos under clearcoat during second phase.
