The solicitation for NSN 1090-01-471-2856 is hereby canceled in its entirety. The Navy has discovered several problems with the engineering drawings, so a fully competitive solicitation cannot be issued for the NSN at this time. Therefore, given the fleet's urgent need for the item and limited technical data, the Navy has elected to manufacture the item. This will allow the Navy to resolve the drawing deficiencies on sight and correct the drawings concurrent with production. These drawings are expected to be available for future procurements.
