The nondisclosure agreement must be signed by an official authorized to legally bind the company. Upon receipt of the signed nondisclosure agreement, a technical data package will then be mail to the offeror. The item to procure is a Leaf, Rear Sight, precision machined item made of steel bar carbon series 4130 or investment castings is an allowable option. Approximate size is 2.28 inches x .72 inches x .48 inches. Heat treat and phosphate coatings required. Requirements are 706 each Leaf, Rear Sight, for use on the M240 Machine Gun.
