The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) intends to issue a solicitation for commercially available services in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Finance Board is seeking 3 accounting firms to provide independent auditing services to the Office of Inspector General under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Contractors shall perform independent financial/compliance audits, economy and efficiency audits, and program audits of the Finance Board programs, activities, functions and funds. The audits are to be conducted in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (1994 revision) as issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. The period of performance shall be for 1 base year and three 1-year options. This is a Small Business Set- aside.
