The Space and Missile Systems Center intends to negotiate a 1 month
ordering period extension, with 3 one month ordering period options. on
a non-competitive basis with Lockheed Martin-Government Electronic
Systems (LM-GES), contract number F04606-97-D-0063, for continued
Multiple Object Tracking Radar (MOTR) Depot Support for the Spacelift
Range System (SLRS) that is under the cognizance of the Air Force
Material Command. The contract extension covers continuation of
services to include the following: (1) Maintenance Engineering required
to review, assess, define, and resolve technical or supportability
deficiencies revealed in operational service, including Reliability and
Maintainability analyses (Trending, Reliability Maintainability
Availability Analysis, Sustainment Executive Management Review, and
performance analysis); (2) Modifications developed, fabricated,
installed, and tested; (3) Data Management requirements; (4) off-site
and On-site Depot Maintenance coverage of any or all sites required;
and (5) Configuration Management requirements. This is an "all or none"
requirement. This non-competitive extension will be used as a
"stop-gap" effort in support of a subsequent competitive acquisition
(RFP# F04701-99-R-0308) for the Spacelift Range System Contract. See

solicitation for this extension exists nor will one be established.
Firms possessing the capabilities to perform the required services
described may identify themselves and submit supporting evidence to the
