and Patient Transport Service. The contractor shall furnish all items
and services necessary to provide ambulance response and patient
transport services for the Emergency Department at Malcolm Grow Medical
Center, Andrews AFB, MD. The services provided by the contractor are
anticipated to be within a fifty-mile radius of each facility. This
acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in
accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This
acquisition is 100 % Set-Aside for Small Business. The applicable
Standard Industry Code is 4119. The period of performance will be for
a one-year basic period with four one-year options periods. The
Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The closing date
and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation
package. The solicitation, notices and all amendments will be posted
and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic
Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No papercopies will be
issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the
interested parties to review this site frequently for any
updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors
interested in submitting proposals must have a commercial and
government entity code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central
Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This notice does not
obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the
Government_s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to
