WORK 1. FEDERAL AGENCY: Naval Ammunition Logistics Center 2. TECHNICAL

OF PERFORMANCE: Base period will be July 24, 2000 to September 30, 2000
with five one year options. 5. HOURS OF OPERATION: 0700 to 1600, Monday
through Friday 6. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Secret 7. TASKS: a. Coordinate
Fleet Ordnance OPLIFT program conducted within the MIDPAC and EASTFAC
Areas of Responsibility (AOR). b. Assist with the planning and
execution of the charter commercial sealift of munitions in conjunction
with JCS TURBOCADS. C. Coordinate with the Commander, Naval Logistics
Forces Western Pacific (CLWP) as follows: -- Discusses all matters
pertaining to ordnance logistics for Pacific fleet units operating in
the Commander, Seventh Fleet (COMSEVENTHFLT area of responsibility
(ACR) and Commander, Third Fleet (COMTHIRDFLT area of Responsibility
(AOR). —Concerning ordnance logistics for Forward Deployed Naval
Forces (FDNF) homeported in COMSEVENTHFLT. -- Coordinate with
CINCPACFLT/COMLOG WESTPAC and TYCOM's on ordnance crossdecks for CVBGs
and ARGs returning to CONUS. -- Coordinate with COMTHIRDFLT and CTF-33
for surge T-AE deployment planning and execution of load plan
positioning~and oplift of RFI/NRFI assets to HIDPAC and WESTPAC
ordnance activities. -- Coordinate with weapons program maintenance
support managers for shipment of NRFI assets from MIDPAC/EASTPAC
ordnance sites. -- About repositioning munitions, afloat and ashore,
per Fleet and Navy/Marine Corps positioning and load plans d.
Coordinate with Commander, Fifth Fleet's Commander Task Force 53 (CTF
53) and Commander, Seventh Fleet's Commander Task Force 73 (CTF-73) on
all matters pertaining to ordnance logistics for Pacific fleet units
operating in COMFIFTHFLT and COMSEVENTHFLT AORs. e. Coordinate the
transportation for required movements of Fleet ordnance utilizing,
surface OPLIFT and NALO airlift. f. Coordinate with Air Force Special
Handling, Operation and CAP Forecast personnel on all NALO airlifts
departing and arriving at Air Force Bases. g. Before using airlift
coordinate with CLWP and OCONUS station that the RDD is valid and air
shipment is authorized an operational necessity by CINCPACFLT. h. Work
closely with TYCOMs, the Naval Weapons Stations RSS&I Manager, and the
various Pier/Wharf schedulers in evaluating, coordinating, and planning
ordnance logistics transfers, crossdeck opportunities, and " for
