SURVEYS OF ARMY PERSONNEL: ANALYTICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SURVEYS On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Swan Research, Inc., a woman-owned firm, for the following: analysis of survey data; analysis of written comments by respondents; production of frequencies, crosstabs and codebooks summarizing survey data; writing summary reports; preparing slides/charts summarizing survey data and findings; and -- as needed -- presentation of the findings briefing. High quality, quick turnaround services are essential because the surveys must provide information to top Army leaders within short time frames. There are no other responsible, experienced sources that can provide the full-range of analytical support needed by Army Research Institute. Many contractors can provide analytical services, but not with the specialized experience, quality of performance, and within the budget range of the Army Personnel Survey Office at Army Research Institute. The period of performance is for 12 months after date of award with four year options. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. There is NO solicitation document.
