The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the furnishing of industrial uniform clothing on a rent no-clean basis, for approximately 100 Corporation employees. The clothing must be comparable in weight and equal to or better than Dickie brand clothing. Uniforms shall include short sleeve and long sleeve shirts and trousers. Name and Corporation tags shall be affixed to each shirt. All clothing shall be repaired in a like new fashion. Unrepairable clothing shall be replaced with new clothing. Weekly pick-ups are required for clothing requiring repair or replacement. Initial measurements on Corporation employees must be performed no later than 2 weeks after receipt of order. Initial issue of clothing shall be completed no later than 09/01/00. Award will be made for a base period of two (2) years with the Corporation having the option to extend the services for three (3) consecutive additional periods of one year each. Offerors must be located within a 250 mile radius of Massena, New York to be considered by the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.
