The Government requires aerial photographic support services and products for Headquarters, US Army Operational Test Command, Instrumentation Division, Fort Hood, Texas for the development of digital terrain data products of Fort Hood, Texas and surrounding areas to obtain non-personal aerial photographic support that will result in the delivery of photographic and data products of sufficient quality and accuracy to enable them to be used to construct a high-resolution terrain database. Ground survey controlled aerial photography and data products of Fort Hood and surrounding areas during a time frame that: optimizes photographic image quality for subsequent data processing, allows airspace access to Ft Hood Military Operating Area (MOA) and Restricted Area. Initial Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and orthorectified image files of three small adjoining regions in Fort Hood. Quality will be sufficient to make a high resolution terrain database. Requires analytical aerotriangulation of Fort Hood and surrounding areas. In addition to the photo shoots there will be two stand alone option requirements, option 1: Analytical aerotriangulation of Fort Hood and surrounding areas, and Option 2: Analytical aerotriangulation to support the initial digital elevation model.
