Parkway Tlvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84119 to provide all necessary labor, transportation, materials, services, to conduct three seperate courses: 1) "Basic Impact Analysis", 2) "Advanced Impact Analysis", and 3)Courses revolving around VISN initiatives with impact analysis.
