Work is to include wall demolition and installation. A raised floor will be removed. Carpeteting and vinyl cove base will be replaced. Electrical circuits will be modified. A power conditioner and an air handling unit will be removed. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has several years experience in general office renovations. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 150 calendar days however, several interim phasing dates will need to be met. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The SIC code for this project is 1542, size standard $17.0M.
