Offutt AFB Proj: 99-0005 P1/P2, Repair Fire Sprinklers, B492/493 Phase 1 of this project demolishes an abandoned asbestos containing boiler to make room for the new foam tanks for the Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) fire suppression system to be installed within each hanger. The water supply and AFFF discharge return lines must be extended into the hangers and into the discharge holding tank. Phase 2 of this project installs a new wet pipe distribution line and heads from the tee in the main line to each office. Closing date for Bids will be determined at a later date and posted on the IFB. Standard Industrial Code: 1522 The magnitude of this project is between $1 -- 5 million dollars.
