The work to be performed will consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct miscellaneous renovations and repairs to the Wagner Health Center, Wagner, SD. The work consists of replacing four(4) interior doors and frames, renovation of Men's and Women's Toilet Rooms for ADA compliance, modifications to the air flow system in the Radiology Department, installation of additional smoke detectors, replacement of the main breaker panel, miscellaneous electrical reconnections and the replacement of an existing exterior sidewalk with a new ADA compliant ramped sidewalk. The Plans and Specifications use International System of Units (SI) metric equivalent measurements. Project completion time is estimated to be 120 calendar days after a Notice to Proceed. Estimated construction cost is less than $100,000.00. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 51% Indian owned, controlled and operated firms under authority of the Buy Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation Paragraph 380.503(e), not more than fifty (50) percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy Indian Act shall be sub-contracted to other than Indian firms.
