Work is to include drywall partition demolition and installation. Walls will be painted and the existing raised flooring will be modified. Carpet will be installed. The lay-in ceiling will be replaced. Electrical circuits will be modified. Ductwork will be installed. Four air conditioning units will be removed. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has several years experience in general office renovations. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 90 calendar days.
