The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & Supply Center intends to issue a delivery order against the existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Raytheon TI Systems Inc., N00383-98-G-006J, to procure Five (5) each Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5999-01-256-7821, P/N: 2849617-1. This procurement is sole source to Raytheon TI Systems. Exceptions to this determination must submit written responses not later than 1600 on 21 August 2000 and should include Prices and Technical Data Sufficient to determine Capability. No telephone calls will be accepted; however, faxes may be submitted to (252) 335-6452. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. No solicitation document exists. Notice to Offerors: It is the policy of the Coast Guard to issue solicitations and make contract awards in a fair and timely manner.
