This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0268 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a total small business set-aside, and only small business concerns will be considered. The standard industrial code is 3999 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001- Tubes, filament wound glass/epoxy composite, in accordance with drawing NAVAIR drawing 3268AS 107 REV B, quantity of 45,000. Delivery is required F.O.B. Crane, In 47522 within 90 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award.
