The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) intends to award a contract for the further development, installation, and testing of a Remote Maintenance System for military vehicles. This is a proposed sole source contract to Litton Systems Incorporated, the creator of the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual and Tele-maintenance software. The operational Remote Maintenance System will be installed and tested on a group of various military vehicles.
