The VA Boston Healthcare System, Boston, MA 02130-4893 has a requirement for routine & emergency elevator maintenance service for divisions at Boston, West Roxbury and Brockton. Performance period is one year with two-one year option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The contractor will be required to provide elevator maintenance and related services in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The estimated start date is October 1, 2000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this acquisition is 7349 and with a size standard of $12 million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
