The Program Support Center on behalf of the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to Oregon Research Institute, 1715 Franklin Blvd, Eugene Oregon 97403-1983. The basis for this requirement is: To conduct a case study that: 1) compares a group of practitioners trained in a research setting to a group of individuals trained in a community setting to deliver the Webster-Stratton Parent Training Program (PTP)and 2) a qualitative evaluation of the experience of real world trainees (i.e., those practicing in a community setting) in attempting to be faithful to the Webster-Stratton PTP. The proposed simplified acquisition is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
