Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to
negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The University of Washington
School of Public Health and Community Medicine, P.O. Box 354809,
Seattle, WA 98195-4809. This procurement shall be processed in
accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the
Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to
provide partnership coordination to assist health professional schools
coordinate and operationalize the Educational Partnership Agreement
(EPA) with the National Health Service Corps Scholarship Program. The
contractor shall: develop a project plan; develop and disseminate a
resource manual for health professional schools participating in the
EPA; conduct orientation sessions for deans and faculty from EPA
schools on various subjects; develop a web site for EPA schools;
convene an EPA training and technical assistance advisory committee;
and submit various reports during the project period. The University of
Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine is deemed the
only responsible source capable of providing the required work and
services. The period of performance is twelve months. A Justification
for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The award shall be
made using simplified acquisition procedures. See Note 26. Posted
