S -- - INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH GENWEST SYSTEMS. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Genwest Systems for the NOAA Office of Response & Restoration (OR&R). Purpose of contract includes management, analysis and display of data from monitoring and research projects conducted by NOAA and other U.S. Government agencies, as well as regional and local entities in the Gulf of Fonseca, Central America (Nicaragua). Genwest is the only company that possesses experience working with Query Manager/ArcView linkages and existing CPRD watershed projects.
