However, in the meantime, this special notice is being posted to provide notice of Amendment 0002, which is hereby being posted to EPS. This amendment incorporates revisions to the Request for Proposal, Alternate II, and the list of attachment section. It also includes a partial revision to the Statement of Work (Revision 1, dated 07 Jul). Finally, Amendment 0002 includes attached revised Wage Determination No. 94-2103 (Rev 21). Contractors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment by returning a signed copy with their proposals.
