The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with the contract requirements. The services to be provided include cutting grass; edging; fertilization; collection and disposal of litter and trash; establishing grass and sod; pruning trees and shrubs; pest control; weed control; tree, shrub, and ground cover planting; tree and stump removal; irrigation; mulching; and other miscellaneous services specified. The contract will include a base period of 12 months or less, with four 12 month options. The contract type will be indefinite quantity with a minimum dollar amount of $20,000. The procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside under the SIC of 0782 with the small business size standard of $5,000,000.
