The contractor shall provide still photography services at Bolling AFB DC to include all personnel, equipment, tools, material, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary. This is a synopsis for commericial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The proposed contract is competitively 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Code is 7384. The small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. The period of performance is for a basic period from 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01 and four (4) one year options. This is a competitive best-value solicitation in which competing offerors past and present performance history is significantly more important than price.
