Naval Medical Center San Diego, California intends to award on a Sole Source basis, Straight Lease of Pharmacy Fulfillment System, Model 10-90-029-3, comprised of three (3) major but separate sub-systems for the period 01 Aug 00 through 30 Nov 00. Line items 0001AA through 0001AC below represent those Sub-systems. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, number N00259-00-T-0076 is issued as a Requset for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-15. Award will be evaluated based on (a)technical capability (provide at least 2 or 3 companies for whom same or equal services were rendered) (b)price, (c) availability. The following Sub-Systems are: (0001AA) Straight Lease of Autoscript Module, Control System in accordance with the Statement of Work, PN: SIB-1913A; (0001AB) Straight Lease of Baker Cell Module/Tablet Counting System in accordance with the Statement of Work, PN: SIB-BC-9029; (0001AC) Straight Lease of Label Print and Display System in accordance with the Statement of Work, PN: SIB-PA-109029; (0001AD) Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Line items 0001AA through 0001AC in accordance with the Statement of Work. Peformance period to commence on 01 Aug 00 through 30 Sep 00. Line Items #0002AA through 0002AD are same as above. Period of performance for this line items are from 01 Oct 00 through 30 Nov 00. Delivery/Location to Naval Medical Center San Diego, Pharmacy Department. Solicitation response deadline date is 14 Jul 00. This acquisitions incorporates the following FAR Clauses and provisions: 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-34, 52.232-36, and 252.204-7004.
